I would like to personally thank you for helping us make our 2017 Marine Toys for Tots Campaign so successful. Last holiday season, Toys for Tots distributed 18 million toys, fulfilling the Christmas dreams of 7 million less fortunate children!
Our Marines and volunteers conducted 800 local campaigns in all 50 states but as good as our Marines are at raising toys locally, they almost always run out of toys before all the children-in-need are supported within their communities. That’s where your help came in – The Marine for Foundation was able to supplement our local campaigns with over $63 million worth of allowing our local for Coordinators to keep their doors open serving children throughout the holiday season – and we thank you for the role you played!
2017 for Highlights
- Distributed 18 million toys to 7 million less fortunate children
- Conducted campaigns in 800 local communities
- Distributed 1.5 million children’s books to support literacy
- Achieved an “Unmodified Opinion” by an independent auditor
- Maintained a non-for-profit enviable 97:3 Program to Support Ratio

You’ll be happy to know that I’m not asking for a donation today! I simply wanted to share with you that the support you provided to for made a big difference in the lives of millions of less fortunate children and their families in a time of need.
